Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Besan 1 cup
  2. Semolina 4 tablespoon
  3. Rice flour 4 tablespoon
  4. Onion 3 tablespoon chopped
  5. carrot 1 grated
  6. Green chillies 1 chopped
  7. kasoori methi 1 teaspoon
  8. Coriander leaves 1 teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  12. Carrom seeds1 teaspoon
  13. Oil for frying
  14. Water for making batter

Instructions

  1. Mix besan, semolina and rice flour.
  2. Add all other ingredients except oil. And make a batter with the help of water.
  3. Mix well and set aside for 10 mintues.
  4. Now heat tawa and apply oil on tawa. Now with the help of a spatula spread the mixture over the tawa and cook turn over the side carefully. Cook from both sides apply oil on low flame.
  5. Make other cheelas in the same way. Your carrot and onion cheela is ready to serve. Serve it with chutney.
