Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dill leaves chopped 1 cup
  2. jaggery 1 gooseberry sized
  3. pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  4. salt to taste
  5. turmeric powder a pinch
  6. onion chopped 1/2 cup
  7. garlic cloves 5-6
  8. ghee 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TSP GHEE
  2. FRY 5-6 GARLIC CLOVES
  3. FRY 1/2 CUP ONION TILL TENDER
  4. ADD CHOPPED DILL LEAVES 1 CUP, FRY TILL TENDER
  5. JAGGERY 1 GOOSEBERRY SIZED, ALLOW IT TO MELT
  6. TURMERIC POWDER A PINCH
  7. PEPPER POWDER 1/2 TSP
  8. SALT TO TASTE
  9. MIX WELL AND SERVE
