Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup chickpea ,
  2. oil for frying
  3. 1 cup sprout(moong,moth,dal)
  4. 1 tbsp garlic paste ,
  5. 1 tbsp ginger paste ,
  6. 3-4 chopped green chilly ,
  7. 1 tp black pepper ,
  8. salt according to taste ,
  9. 1/2 tp cardamom powder ,
  10. 1/2 tp garam masala

Instructions

  1. Overnight Soak chickpeas ,moong n moth Prepare sprouts
  2. Now blend all ingredients in food processor n mix them well
  3. Let the oil heat . Now shape the falafel n fry them in oil
  4. Soak the oil with the help of tissue paper . Ready to serve
