Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. bread 4 slices
  2. carrot 1/2 cup.
  3. onion slices small 1/2 cup.
  4. tomato 1/2 cup.
  5. salt
  6. pepper.
  7. beaten egg 3

Instructions

  1. scoop the middle part of the bread.
  2. beat the egg adding little salt and pepper.
  3. place the outer layer on the tawa. drizzle some ghee. in the centre hole pour the beaten egg, veggies and garnish with pepper. roast on both the sides. serve hot.
