ABOUT Cheeni ka parantha RECIPE

another one from my childhood memories. When the veggies were not of my liking, mom used to make these for me and pamper .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
  3. sugar, as required
  4. water, as required
  5. ghee, for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour and salt in a bowl and make a dough with adequate water.
  2. Keep it to rest aside for 10 mins.
  3. Take a small ball from the dough and roll a small roti on the board.
  4. Smear a little ghee in between and put 1 tbsp sugar and seal the parantha in centre.
  5. Roll again in shape of a parantha.
  6. Heat up the tawa and shallow fry with ghee on both sides.
  7. Serve hot with curd or pickle.
