  • radish 1/4 kg
  • salt to taste
  • Cooking oil 2 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder a pinch
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • lemon 1/2
  • Dil leaves chopped 2 tsp

  1. CUT CROWN AND TAIL, PEEL OFF THE RADISH
  2. CHOP INTO SMALL PIECES
  3. PEEL OFF ONION
  4. CHOP IT
  5. HEAT COOKING OIL, LET CRACKLE CUMIN SEEDS
  6. FRY ONION TILL TENDER
  7. CHOPPED RADISH
  8. PEPPER POWDER AND TURMERIC POWDER
  9. SAUTE TILL TENDER
  10. SQUEEZE 1/2 LEMON
  11. TRANSFER INTO A SERVING PLATE
  12. GARNISH WITH DILL LEAVES
