  • Sweet corn 1 cup
  • Dosa rice 2 cup
  • salt 1 tsp
  • water 1 cup
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil 1/2 cup
  • onion chopped 1 cup
  • Spring onion 1 cup

How to make Sweet Corn Roti

  1. SWEET CORN
  2. FRY TILL TENDER
  3. TRANSFER INTO MIXIE JAR
  4. 4 HOURS SOAKED RICE
  5. SALT, WATER
  6. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  7. HEAT CUMIN SEEDS
  8. POUR THE BATTER
  9. ADD ONION AND SPRING ONION
  10. MIX UP IN LOW FLAME TILL WATER EVAPORATES
  11. SMOOTH DOUGH READY, ALLOW IT TO COOL
  12. MIX UP
  13. APPLY SOME OIL TO HAND AND FORM LEMON SIZED BALLS OUT OF IT
  14. GREASE OIL TO ROTI SHEETS
  15. TAKE A BALL, PRESS WITH ANOTHER SHEET AND WEIGHT
  16. APPLY OIL TO HEATED TAVA
  17. TRANSFER THE ROTI
  18. REMOVE THE SHEET
  19. FLIP OVER IT
  20. COOK FOR 2 MINUTES AND REMOVE
