Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 packet noodles (boiled, drained in cold water and tossed in 1-2 tsps oil) cook it as per the instructions
  2. 1 onion sliced
  3. 1 cup spring onion
  4. 2 cups vegetables (carrots, beans, cabbage )
  5. 1 tsp soy sauce
  6. oil for stir frying
  7. 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  8. pepper powder as required (optional)
  9. chicken chunks 1/2 cup, cooked
  10. salt as required


  1. Heat a tbsp and a half of oil in a large wok, once the oil is piping hot, add the spring onions and sliced onions Stir fry for 1 minute on a high flame. Next add in the rest of the vegetables and toss them well.
  2. Now add salt, pepper powder, soya sauce and combine it well. Add the drained noodles and mix it well.
  3. Next, add vinegar and toss the noodles and vegetables on a high heat for a few seconds. Put in the cooked chicken chunks and cook it for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
  4. Serve it hot with a dash of ketchup on the side.
