Ingredients to make Vermicelli Biriyani

  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • onion 1
  • tomato 1
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Biriyani masala 1 tsp (optional)
  • Tumeric powder 1 tso
  • salt as per taste
  • Oil or ghee 3 tsp

How to make Vermicelli Biriyani

  1. FRY VERMICELLI IN DRY PAN UPTO IT ROSTE.
  2. ADD OIL IN PAN FRY CINNAMOM,CLOVE,BAY LEAF
  3. ADD GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE AFTER IT FRIED ADD ONION
  4. THEN ADD TOMATO AND SALT
  5. FINALLY ADD CURRY LEAF AND MINT LEAF.
  6. NOW ADD CHILLI POWDER,TUMERIC POWDER, BIRIYANI MASALA (OPTIONAL)
  7. ADD WATER AND WAIT UPTI IT BOIL
  8. NOW ADD VERMICELLI
