Enjoy the peak flavor of fresh tomatoes jam after the season also. It is preservative without any artificial chemicals. It is good accompany with Rotti, bread and so on.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Tomato 1/4 kg
  2. Sugar 1 1/2 cup
  3. Cardamom powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. WASH AND CHOP 1/4 KG TOMATOES
  2. ADD INTO FRYING PAN
  3. FRY TILL TENDER
  4. ALLOW IT TO COOL
  5. ADD IN MIXIE JAR
  6. GRIND SMOOTHLY
  7. POUR INTO A PAN, ALLOW IT TO BOIL
  8. ADD 1 1/2 CUP SUGAR
  9. ADD CARDAMOM POWDER 1 TSP, STIR TILL SUGAR DISSOLVES
  10. COOK TILL THICKNESS IN MEDIUM FLAME, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND LET IT BE COOL IN ROOM TEMPERATURE
  11. AFTER COOL STORE IN GLASS JAR
