Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. riceflour 1/2cup
  2. redchilli powder 1tsp
  3. salt to taste
  4. coriender leaves 1tbsp
  5. dried fenugreek leaves/kasoori methi 1tsp
  6. warm water as needed
  7. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take riceflour in a vessel
  2. Add salt,and redchilli powder
  3. Add coriender leaves and kasoori methi mix well
  4. Kneed a not so soft dough using warm water keep aside for 10minuts
  5. Make small lemon sized balls from dough roll it and deep fry on high flame from both the sides
  6. Serve with any kind of curry or dry veg.Of your choice
