Ingredients to make Bharta matar wala.

  • 1/2kg big brinjals
  • 1 cup boil green peas
  • 2 green chillies
  • 4 chopp onion
  • 2 chopp tomatoes
  • salt
  • 1/4tsp degi mirch.
  • 4 tsp oil.

How to make Bharta matar wala.

  1. Roast d brinjals on gas
  2. Clean.wash.n mash it.
  3. Heat oil
  4. Put chopp chilli
  5. Cook 5 minutes
  6. Add chopp tomatoes.
  7. Add salt n degi mirch
  8. Cook it.
  9. Nw add peas.
  10. Add brinjals n stir well
  11. Cook till mix in masala
  12. Serve with tandori roti.

My Tip:

U can peel d brinjals n boil it.
