  • 1 small cabbage
  • 2 carrot
  • 1 chopp onion
  • 1 chopp capsicum.
  • 4 tsp maida
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • salt.
  • 1 green chilli
  • Chat masala.
  • oil for frying.
