Ingredients to make Appetizing Kheema rolls.

  • Kheema marinated with salt, turmeric and ginger 1 cup ( 300 grms).
  • potatoes boiled 2 big.
  • mint leaves finely chopped. 15 to 20
  • Bread slices 3 to 4 ( depending upon size)
  • coriander leaves 100 grms.
  • garlic crushed 6 to 7 cloves.
  • coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp.
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt 2 tsp ( to taste)
  • Corn flour 2 to 3 tbsp.
  • oil 2 tbsp.
  • oil for shallow frying

How to make Appetizing Kheema rolls.

  1. Pressure cook Kherma.
  2. Mash boiled potatoes.
  3. Soak bread in water and squeeze out extra water.
  4. In a big plate take cooked Kherma, add potatoes.
  5. Add bread . Add all masala mentioned.
  6. Add corn flour and mix well.
  7. Add 2 tbsp oil.
  8. Heat oil in a non-stick pan . Make rolls from Kherma mixture and shallow fry.
  9. Turn as one side is cooked brown.
  10. Take out on absorbent paper.
  11. And here are your mouth watering Kheema rolls.
  12. Enjoy either with a slice of bread.or with a Hot dog bun.
  13. Or you can roll in a roti to make a Franky.
