Jaggery Dosa

Ingredients to make Jaggery Dosa

  • Dosa batter 1 cup
  • jaggery 1/2 cup
  • salt 1 tsp
  • water 1/2 cup

How to make Jaggery Dosa

  1. Boil jaggery with water and strain it.and set aside.
  2. In bowl add dosa batter.(batter should be little thick) .Now add jaggery syrup in it.if its organic jaggery u can directly add it.
  3. Add salt and mix everything well.
  4. In tawa pour jaggery dosa and add little oil on corner side .Flip it other side cook both sides.
  5. Jaggery dosa is ready.
