Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Water 1/4 cup
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Rava 1 cup
  4. Baking soda 1 tsp
  5. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Roast rava for 5 min and keep it aside.
  2. In bowl add roasted rava,curd and salt.now add water stir well.
  3. Wait till rava absorbs water .after add baking soda.mix well.
  4. Now In idli maker.pour batter into idli maker.cook for 15 min. instant quick rava is ready.
