Egg Bajji

Ingredients to make Egg Bajji

  • 6 boiled eggs
  • gram flour- 4 cups
  • Baking salt -1/2 spoon
  • Dhaniya and jeera and masala powders- 3 spoons
  • salt to taste
  • oil to deep fry

How to make Egg Bajji

  1. Take all the ingredients except the eggs and mix it in a bowl together. Make a nice and semi thick batter by pouring in a little water. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat a kadhai, pour in oil as required to deep fry. Then take a boiled egg, dip it in the batter and coat it properly, then deep fry it. Follow this process with all the eggs.
  3. Serve it on a plate with lemon sprinkled on top of the egg bajji.
