ABOUT PRAWN 65 RECIPE

Chicken 65 and Gobi 65 are very common dishe. But similar item , I have not tasted with prawn. So I tried it . It does not need any elaborate marination. It was very crispy and tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Prawn - 400gm
  2. maida-1/2 cup
  3. Corn flour- 2tbsp
  4. egg- 1nos
  5. Chopped ginger garlic-2 tbsp
  6. curd-1/2 cup
  7. chilly powder- 1 tsp
  8. Red colour - 1/2 tsp
  9. coriander powder- 1 tsp
  10. sugar- 1 tsp
  11. salt - 1 tsp+1/2 tsp
  12. Creen chillies - 15nos
  13. coriander leaves- 2tbsp
  14. curry leaves- 20-30 nos

Instructions

  1. PRWAN, MAIDA, CORN FLOUR, EGG, SALT, PEPPER, CHILLY POWDER, COLOUR, CURRY LEAVES, CURD, CORUANDER.
  2. MIX MAIDA, CORN FLOUR, GINGER GARLIC, EGG,PEPPER PROPERLY
  3. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  4. HEAT OIL
  5. DEEP FRY THE PRAWN BALLS
  6. MIX CHILLY PWD, CORIANDER PWD, SUGAR, SALT WITH CURD.
  7. ADD GINGER GARLIC, CHILLY, AND CURRY LEAVES INTO SAME ( LESS) FRY FOR A MINUTE.
  8. ADD FRIED PRAWN BALLS INTO MASALA AND COAT PROPERLY
