Ingredients to make PRAWN 65

  • Prawn - 400gm
  • maida-1/2 cup
  • Corn flour- 2tbsp
  • egg- 1nos
  • Chopped ginger garlic-2 tbsp
  • curd-1/2 cup
  • chilly powder- 1 tsp
  • Red colour - 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder- 1 tsp
  • sugar- 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp+1/2 tsp
  • Creen chillies - 15nos
  • coriander leaves- 2tbsp
  • curry leaves- 20-30 nos

How to make PRAWN 65

  1. PRWAN, MAIDA, CORN FLOUR, EGG, SALT, PEPPER, CHILLY POWDER, COLOUR, CURRY LEAVES, CURD, CORUANDER.
  2. MIX MAIDA, CORN FLOUR, GINGER GARLIC, EGG,PEPPER PROPERLY
  3. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  4. HEAT OIL
  5. DEEP FRY THE PRAWN BALLS
  6. MIX CHILLY PWD, CORIANDER PWD, SUGAR, SALT WITH CURD.
  7. ADD GINGER GARLIC, CHILLY, AND CURRY LEAVES INTO SAME ( LESS) FRY FOR A MINUTE.
  8. ADD FRIED PRAWN BALLS INTO MASALA AND COAT PROPERLY
