Ingredients to make Veg spring roll

  • 1 cup shreded cabbage
  • 1 cup shreded carrot
  • SPROUTS 1/2 CUP
  • 2 TBSP SESAME oil
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • chilli sauce 1 tsp
  • salt and blackpepper to taste
  • Spring roll wrappers
  • oil for frying

How to make Veg spring roll

  1. SHREDDED CABBAGE 1 CUP, CARROT 1 CUP, SPROUTS1/2 CUP
  2. NOW HEAT 2 TBSP SESAME OIL IN A WOK OR KADAI. KEEP THE FLAME ON MEDIUM INTENSITY 
  3. INCREASE THE FLAME TO HIGH AND STIR FRY THE VEGGIES FOR 4 TO 5 MINUTES ON A HIGH FLAME.
  4. ADD SAUCES
  5. THEN ADD SALT, BLACK PAPPERSTIR AGAIN VERY WELL. THE FILLING HAS TO BE DRY.
  6. NOW TAKE THE SPRING ROLL WRAPPERTHEN PLACE 1 TBSP OF THE VEGGIE STUFFING ON ONE SIDE.
  7. GENTLY BUT TIGHTLY ROLL TILL THE END.SEAL THE END PART TO THE ROLL 
  8. HEAT OIL AT THE DEEP FRYING 
  9. ONCE THEY BECOME LIGHT GOLDEN, TURN THEM OVER AND FRY THE OTHER SIDE.
  10. DRAIN FRIED VEG SPRING ROLLS ON KITCHEN PAPER TOWELS TO REMOVE EXCESS OIL.
  11. SERVE THE SPRING ROLLS HOT WITH RED CHILI SAUCE OR TOMATO KETCHUP
