Green-chiili Pickle

Ingredients to make Green-chiili Pickle

  • 250 gm green chilli (thick)
  • 2tbsp yellow sarso
  • 1tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2kala jeera
  • 1tbsp mustrd seeds
  • salt to taste.
  • fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
  • fennel seeds 2 tbsp
  • cumin seeds 1tbsp
  • Mustrd oil 8tbsp

How to make Green-chiili Pickle

  1. Roast all spices for 2 minutes in medium flame
  2. Grind in mixer
  3. Deseed green chilli cut half Fill masala
  4. Heat a pan add oil when it hot add cumin seeds
  5. Cool it for 7 minutes then pour in green chilli

My Tip:

After wash green chilli dry it on sunlight
