  2. REMOVE SEEDS. ALLOW TO COOL FOR 5 MINUTES. DO NOT DISCARD BOILED AMLA SYRUP
  3. ADD 1 TBSP SESMAE OIL. ADD MUSTARD. ALLOW MUSTARD TO CRACK
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP HING AND CURRY LEAVES
  5. ADD COMPLETELY COOLED AMLA. SAUTE
  6. ADD 1/4 TSP POWDERED METHI AND TURMERIC POWDER
  7. MIX
  8. ADD REQUIRED SALT AND 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  9. MIX
  10. WHEN RAW SMELL OF RED CHILLI POWDER GOES OFF, TURN OF THE FLAME
  11. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER TO BOILED AMLA SYRUP
  12. ADD REQUIRED SALT AND SERVE
