Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Ragi roti :-
  2. Ragi -2cups
  3. Chopped onion -1/2 cup
  4. Chopped Green chilly- 2tsp
  5. chopped coriander -2 tsp
  6. Chopped curry leaves -2tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil for thosai
  9. For kolukattai :
  10. all grains flour or satthu mavuu -1 cup
  11. Jaggery powder -1/2 cup
  12. Cardamom powder -1teaspoon
  13. Grated coconut -1 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl add water. Thick considency.
  2. Take a tawa spray little oil. Take one hand ful dough spread on the tawa
  3. It's taken one minute and flip side by side. Take it. Serve coconut chutney For kolukattai : Mix all ingredients add little by little half cup of water. Roll show the picture. Steam it 10 minutes. After Serve grated Coconut your wish
