Its very healthy and tasty too. If you make this powder, easy to give lunch for your kids, add 2 tsp of this powder in cooked rice mix with gingelly oil /ghee its very healthy for your kids.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Curry leaves - 1 bunch
  2. Bengal gram - 2 tsp
  3. Red gram - 2tsp
  4. Dry chilli - 100 gm (depends on ur taste)
  5. Uraldhall - 200 gm
  6. Salt - depends
  7. Hing - 1 tsp


  1. Collect all ingredients
  2. Add 1 pinch oil in a pan fry the curry leaves till it turns shrinky keep separate on a plate,
  3. At the same pan without adding oil stir fry the ingredients one by one separately , including rock salt also fry separately 2 min, keep separate on few min
  4. Add all ingredients in to the mixer, blend finely powder , like this,
  5. Nw the curry leaves powder is ready to eat with cooked rice mix with gingelly oil /ghee its very comfort recipe .. n also tasty, healthy for kids
