Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1+1/2 litre full cream milk
  2. 2 and 1/2 tbspoon Sugar
  3. 2 crushed Bread slice(white part only)
  4. 1/2 tspoon green Cardamom powder
  5. 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
  6. 1/2 cup chopped cashew
  7. 1/2 cup charoli (chirongi)

Instructions

  1. Take a heavy bottom pan.
  2. Boil the milk on a medium flame.
  3. When the milk starts to boil reduce flame to low.
  4. Stir this once 3-4 minutes.
  5. When layer of cream appears on the surface.
  6. Shift it towards the side of a pan.
  7. Cook until milk is reduced to 1/3 of original quantity.
  8. Add white parts of crushed bread slices and stir it 2 -3 minutes.
  9. Add sugar and stir to dissolve it.
  10. Add cardamom powder, almond , cashew and charoli.
  11. Cook for 2 minutes and turn off flame.
  12. Creamy dry fruit bread rabdi is ready.
  13. Refrigerate it for a minimum 2 hour before you serve it.
  14. Serve chilled with a garnish of sliced almond and charoli.
