ABOUT Atta chakuli RECIPE

It's a traditional recipe of Odisha. It's very easy to prepare and healthy too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheatflour /atta 1cup
  2. Rawa 2tsp
  3. Grated coconut 3tsp
  4. Jaggery as per taste
  5. Banana 1mashed
  6. Saunf 1tsp
  7. Salt pinch
  8. Soda pinch (optional)
  9. Oil

Instructions

  1. Take a mix bowl and add all the ingredients except oil.
  2. Mix well. Add water to make a batter like consistency. Not too thin or thick.
  3. Heat a tawa and grease with oil.
  4. Pour 1ladder full batter and spread in a circular motion.
  5. Flip and cook the other side too.
  6. Repeat for all.
  7. Serve hot with milk or with any curry. You can have as it is also.
