Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For dough;
  2. All purpose flour 200 gm
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Carrom seed half tsp
  5. Lukewarm oil 2 tsp
  6. Some lukewarm water
  7. For stuffing:
  8. 4 mash boiled potato
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/2 tsp cumin
  11. 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  12. 1/4 tsp carrom seed
  13. Oil 1tbsp
  14. Turmuric pwdr 1 tsp
  15. Redchilli pwdr 1 tsp
  16. Coriander pwdr 1tsp
  17. Garam masala pwdr half tsp
  18. Some chopped green chillies
  19. Some chopped coriander leaves
  20. Half cup green peas
  21. Some fried peanut
  22. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. HEAT A PAN ADD 1 TBSP OIL,1/2 TSP CUMIN ,1/2 TSP FENNEL SEED,1T4 TSP CARROM SEEDS ALLOW TO SPUTTERED,
  2. THEN ADD 1 TSP TURMURIC PWDRN 1 TSP REDCHILLI PWDR, 1 TSP CORIANDER PWDR,1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA PWDR
  3. AFTER THAT ADD SOME CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES, HALF CUP GREEN PEAS,
  4. NOW ADD 4 BOILED MASH POTATO, & SALT TO TASTE & MIX PROPERLY
  5. ATLAST ADD SOME FRIED PEANUT, SOME CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
  6. COOK FOR 1 TO 2 MINS THEN SWITCH OFF THE FLAME,
  7. FOR DOUGH : IN A MIXING BOWL ADD ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 200 GM, CARROM SEEDS HALF TSP,SALT TO TASTE, 2 TSP LUKE WARM OIL,
  8. ADD SOME LUKEWARM WATER AND KNEAD THE DOUGH,& REST FOR 20 MINS,
  9. AFTER 20 MINS TAKE A BALL SIZE DOUGH & ROLL A CHAPATI
  10. NOW HELP OF KNIFE CUT THE EDGES MAKE A SQUARE SIZE CHAPATI
  11. NOW CUT THE MIDDLE OF THE CHAPATI & MAKE 2 SEPARATE,
  12. NOW BRUSH SOME WATER IN ONE PIECE & PLACE ANOTHER PIECE LIKE A PLUS +
  13. IN MIDDLE PORTION PUT SOME POTATO MIXTURE STUFFING & FOLD 2 SIDES SHOWN IN THE VEDIO LIKE THIS
  14. NOW CUT STRIPS OF REST OF BOTH PARTS & BRUSH WATER,
  15. NOW PLACE ALL STRIPS & MAKE LIKE A MAT,
  16. COVER THE STUFFING & MAKE MAT POCKET,
  17. NOW HEAT OIL IN A KARAHI FRIED ALL THE MAT POCKET TILL GOLDEN &.CRISPY,
  18. NOW UR CRISPY TASTY MAT POCKET IS READY TO EAT...ENJOY WITH CHATNI OR SAUCE...
