Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 small cauliflower.
  2. 6 carrot.
  3. 2 potatoes.
  4. 2 capsicum
  5. 10 beans.
  6. 1 cup green peas.
  7. 2 onion.
  8. 2 tbs chopp ginger.
  9. 2 green chillies
  10. Salt.
  11. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds.
  12. 1/4 tsp red chilli
  13. 1tsp sabzi masala
  14. Coriander leaves
  15. 4 tsp mustard oil.

Instructions

  1. Cut all d vegetables.
  2. Heat oil at smoking point.
  3. Add cumin seeds.
  4. Add chopp onion.n ginger.
  5. Put all d vegies.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Add salt n all masalas.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Nw cover n simmer it.
  10. After 5 minutes open it.
  11. Stir well n dry it.
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  13. Serve with chapati.
