Ingredients to make Beet cheese balls

  • 1 cup grated beet
  • 1/2cup carrot
  • 1/4cup cabbage
  • Sat to tast
  • oil for grasing
  • 1 teaspoon masala
  • Cheese 1/2cup
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder

How to make Beet cheese balls

  1. TAKE 1 CUP OF GRATED BEET 1/2CUP GRATED CABBAGE 1/4CUP OF CARROT
  2. ADD 1/4CUP OF GRAM FLOUR1 TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER 1TEASPOON GRAM MASALA SALT TO TAST
  3. ADD SALT MIX WELL
  4. ADD A LITTLE WATER TO FORM A BATTER
  5. HEAT APPE PAN GRASE WITH OIL.
  6. POUR BATTER IN GRASED PAN
  7. ADD CHEESE IN IT AGAIN FILL WITH BEET BATTER
  8. COVER WITH LID .ROAST ON SLOW FLAME
  9. CHANGE THE SIDE AGAIN FRY ON SLOW FLAM
  10. REMOVE FROM PAN
