Ingredients to make Fish Head With Cauliflower Curry

  • 2 fish head cut into peices
  • 3 tbsps mustard oil
  • 1 large tomato chopped
  • 7-8 florets cauliflower
  • 1 large potato cubed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp Garam masala powder
  • ½ red chilly powder
  • Sat to taste
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 green chilly slits
  • Few chopped coriander leaves

How to make Fish Head With Cauliflower Curry

  1. ADD 2 FISH HEAD PEICES, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, SALT, MIX WELL AND MARINATE FOR ATLEAST 30 MINS
  2. HEAT 3 TBSPS MUSTARD OIL
  3. ADD THE FISH AND FRY THE FISHES FOR 5-7 MINS. TAKE OUT AND KEEP ASIDE.
  4. IN THE SAME OIL ADD 7-8 FLORETS OF CAULIFLOWER AND 1 LARGE POTATO CUBES
  5. STIR FRY FOR 8-10 MINS TILL SLIGHTLY BROWN. REMOVE AND KEEP SIDE.
  6. IN THE SAME OIL ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS AND 1 BAY LEAF AND SAUTE FOR A MIN
  7. ADD 1 LARGE TOMATO CHOPPED, SALT TO TASTE AND SAUTE TILL IT TURNS SOFT AND MUSHY
  8. ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC POWDER, CUMIN POWDER, GARAM MASALA POWDER AND RED CHILLY POWDER
  9. ADD 1/2 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE FOR A MIN
  10. ADD 2 CUPS WATER AND MIX WELL
  11. ADD THE FRIED CAULIFLOWER AND POTATOES AND COOK FOR 10 MINS TILL IT IS COOKED WELL.
  12. ADD THE FRIED FISH HEAD.
  13. GENTLY MIX THEM, COVER AND COOK FOR ABOUT 5-6 MINS
  14. ADD 1 GREEN CHILLY SLITS AND FEW CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND TAKE OFF THE HEAT.
