  • Green pea peels 20 numbers
  • paneer 1/2 cup
  • Chopped green chilly 1/2 teaspoon
  • chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  • oil for deep frying
  • Kasori methi 1 teaspoon
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Gram flour 1/2 cup
  • Chat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • Fried onion 3 tablespoons
  • Dry garlic 1/2 teasespoon
  • Grated carrot 1 tablespoon
  • Dry ginger 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Pea Peels Chatpata Pakoda

  1. STRING THE GREEN PEAS PEEL THEN REMOVE THE SIDE THREADS
  2. FOR STUFFING- TAKE PANEER
  3. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES, CUMIN POWDER
  4. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  5. ADD CHAT MASALA
  6. ADD GARLIC POWDER
  7. ADD CHILLY PAPRIKA
  8. ADD FRIED ONION
  9. ADD GRATED CARROT
  10. ADD DRY GINGER POWDER
  11. MIX WELL
  12. STUFF THE MIXTURE INTO THE PEA PEELS
  13. FOR BATTER- IN A BOWL TAKE GRAM FLOUR
  14. ADD RICE FLOUR
  15. ADD CORNFLOUR
  16. SALT TO TASTE
  17. ADD KASORI METHI
  18. ADD CHILLY POWDER
  19. ADD WATER TO MAKE A THICK BATTER
  20. THE BATTER IS READY
  21. DIP A STUFFED PEA PEEL IN THE BATTER
  22. DEEP FRY IT
  23. FRY TILL THEY TURN GOLDEN AND CRISPY
  24. DRAIN ON AN ABSORBENT PAPER
