Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. SPROUT 1 cup
  2. Roti 2 (chopped and cut)
  3. Turmeric powder ,1/2 spoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilly powder1 spoon
  6. Coriander powder ,1/2 spoon
  7. Lemon juice 1 spoon
  8. Cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  9. Mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  10. Asafoetida ,1 pinch
  11. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Take a pan.add oil add cumin seeds.
  2. Add mustard seeds.
  3. Add roti. Add all spices.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add lemon juice.
  6. Add sprout.
  7. Serve it.
