  • 4cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup yeast
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Milk 1 tbsp

How to make Healthy Burgerbun

  1. 4 CUP WARM WATER
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP SUGAR AND MIX
  3. ADD 1/4 CUP DRY YEAST
  4. MIX
  5. COVER WITH LID AND KEEP A SIDE FOR 10 MINUTES
  6. TAKE 2 CUP WHEAT FLOUR AND 6 CUP REFINED FLOUR
  7. ADD 1 TBSP SALT AND 5 TBSP OIL
  8. ADD YEAST WATER IN TO FLOUR
  9. MIX
  10. KNEAD THE DOUGH
  11. STRECH AND FOLD FOR 10 MINUTES
  12. GREASE WITH OIL
  13. AND FOLD IT
  14. DOUGH SHOULD BE SMOOTH IN TEXTURE AND BOUNCY
  15. COVER WITH LID AND KEEP IT IN WARM PLACE FOR 1 HOUR OR TILL IT DOUBLE IN SIZE
  16. PUNCH IT.
  17. AGAIN KNEED IT
  18. GREASE THE MOULD WITH OIL AND TAKE 100 GM DOUGH
  19. FOLD IN SIDE AND KEEP IT IN MOLD
  20. APPLY MILK
  21. SPRINKLE SESAME SEEDS KEEP IT IN WARM PLACE FOR 30 MINUTES
  22. BAKING AT 180' FOR 35-40 MINUTES
  23. ITS READY
  24. BURGER BUNS READY
  25. AFTER 15 MINUTES DEMOLD IT
  26. CUT IN SLICES
  27. SO SOFT
