Ingredients to make Tandoori pudina naan

  • 1cup maida, 2 spoon oil, pinch of salt, 1/4 spoon powdered sugar, ajwain, butter to apply on naan, 3-4 spoon milk, and water

How to make Tandoori pudina naan

  1. Add all ingredients in a big bowl then slowly add water and milk to make a smooth dough.
  2. Keep it aside to rest for 30 mins.
  3. After that make a small ball and roll a roti. Then apply water with Ur hand on one side and put it on hot tawa with other side on top.
  4. Turn the tawa upside down towards the flame to make a tandoori naan.
  5. After that remove the naan from tawa and apply butter and pudina.

My Tip:

U may add pudina while making dough if u like more pudina.
