Ingredients to make Veg spring rolls

  • Spring rolls sheets:
  • maida paste ( 2 tsp+water)
  • Veggies: shredded cabbage
  • shredded carrot
  • shredded cauliflower
  • shredded bell peppers
  • green chilli paste
  • garlic paste
  • Salt and white pepper to taste.
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp or to taste.

How to make Veg spring rolls

  1. In a pan add vert little oil. Add garlic paste mix well add all the veggies on high flame. And salt and pepper mix well.
  2. Add soya sauce mix well. Veggies should be crunchy. And off the flame.
  3. Allow the veggies to be cool. Take a small bowl add 2 spoon maida add required water and mix well to a smooth paste.
  4. Taka a spring roll sheet keep one full of the veggies apply maida paste to all the sides of the edges. And roll it tightly.. like wise do all
  5. And deep fry them into golden brown color. And serve hot with ketchup/ chilly sauce.

My Tip:

Chinese sauce that is Chilli soya ketchup
