Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 Cup Chopped Potatoes (boiled)
  2. 1/2 Cup Chopped Cauliflower (boiled)
  3. 1/4 Cup Green Peas (fresh and soaked)
  4. 1 Small Onion
  5. 2 Medium Sized Tomatoes
  6. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  8. 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  9. 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  10. 1 Coriander - jeera Powder
  11. 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  12. 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  13. 1 Teaspoon Salt, or to taste
  14. 1/2 Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
  15. 1/2 cup milk
  16. 2 Tablespoons Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a little oil in the pan. Add Cumin Seeds and fry them till they start to splutter.
  2. Now add chopped onions
  3. Fry them till the onions turn golden brown or translucent then add ginger, garlic paste.
  4. Then add 2 chopped tomatoes to the pan.
  5. Fry till the tomatoes are cooked and turn mushy.
  6. Now add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala and Salt to the gravy.
  7. Roast the gravy till it starts to leave oil on the sides. Then add 1/2 Cup Milk.
  8. Add the boiled vegetables to the pan and mix all the vegetables with the gravy.
  9. Add some water and Cover the pan with a lid and let the vegetables cook for 2-4 minutes.
  10. Finally sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves on top for garnish.
  11. Mix Veg Curry is ready. Serve it hot along with any Indian Bread or some mild flavored rice.
