Ingredients to make Motiyan pulao

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/2cup cottage cheese (panner)
  • 1tbsp cornflour
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3-4 cloves
  • 3-4cardamom
  • 3-4 sabut kali mirch
  • 2tbsp cashew powder
  • 1tbsp raisins
  • 2 sheets silver warq
  • 2tbsp cashew
  • 6-7 saffron strands
  • oil for frying

How to make Motiyan pulao

  1. Firstly soaked the rice for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Now grate the paneer,add salt, cashew powder, cornflour mix it and make a soft dough.
  3. Now make a small balls with the help of your palm
  4. Place the kadai on med. flame and deep fry the balls till little golden.
  5. Now cover the balls with silver warq..
  6. Make a rice:-take apan or kadai add desi ghee,jeera when jeera crackle it than add all whole masala's.
  7. Now add kaju little fry it,add raisins and now add water, salt your taste.
  8. When water boiled than add rice, now add saffron strands and cook the rice on med. heat.
  9. When rice is done than add moti on plate when you serve rice.

My Tip:

Bind nicely the paneer dough otherwise the balls will cracked
