Long beans tasty curry

Ingredients to make Long beans tasty curry

  • 2 cups of long beans cut into inches
  • 1 cup of pumpkin cut into small cubes
  • 1 onion roughly chopped
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Ciba Taaza spices Kitchen King Masala
  • 1 green chilli cut into stripes
  • 2 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves
  • 3 Tablespoon of oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon of cumin seeds
  • 1 tomato chopped

How to make Long beans tasty curry

  1. Heat a pan and temper cumin seeds and sliced onions.
  2. Add the vegetables and sauté
  3. Add salt and turmeric powder
  4. Add the Kitchen King masala and sauté for few minutes
  5. Add a cup of water and a green chilli and boil.
  6. Cover it with a lid and cook till the vegetables are cooked and the water dries up
  7. When the water dries up add chopped coriander leaves
  8. Off the flame and serve hot with parathas or roti.

My Tip:

You can add red chilli powder in it according to your taste.
