ABOUT Long beans tasty curry RECIPE

Long beans are not favourite to most but it’s a healthy vegetable. This recipe is a quick, easy and tasty healthy recipe that can be served with rotis or parathas.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cups of long beans cut into inches
  2. 1 cup of pumpkin cut into small cubes
  3. 1 onion roughly chopped
  4. salt to taste
  5. turmeric powder
  6. 1 tablespoon of Ciba Taaza Spices Kitchen King Masala
  7. 1 green chilli cut into stripes
  8. 2 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves
  9. 3 Tablespoon of oil
  10. 1/2 tablespoon of cumin seeds
  11. 1 tomato chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan and temper cumin seeds and sliced onions.
  2. Add the vegetables and sauté
  3. Add salt and turmeric powder
  4. Add the Kitchen King masala and sauté for few minutes
  5. Add a cup of water and a green chilli and boil.
  6. Cover it with a lid and cook till the vegetables are cooked and the water dries up
  7. When the water dries up add chopped coriander leaves
  8. Off the flame and serve hot with parathas or roti.
