Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer 300 gms.
  2. Cashew nut paste 1 tbsp.
  3. Yogurt 4 tbsp.
  4. Red food colour 1 drop.
  5. Tomato paste 1/2 cup.
  6. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp.
  7. Red chilli powder 4 tbsp.
  8. Turmeric powder 1 tbsp.
  9. Salt as needed.
  10. White oil 1/2 cup.

Instructions

  1. Cut the paneer into square pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a Karahi.
  3. Fry paneer till it golden brown.
  4. Take a mixing bowl.
  5. Add yogurt, red colour, cashew nut paste , tomato paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder & salt in it & keep aside.
  6. Add onion paste in karahi & stir well.
  7. Add the masala mix & cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Add paneer cubes & stir till oil releases.
  9. Turn off the heat .
  10. Serve with ruti / parata / rice .
