Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green peas 1/2 cup.
  2. Carrot 2 tbsp small pieces.
  3. Beans 4 tbsp small pieces.
  4. Raisin 4 tbsp.
  5. Cashew nuts 2 tbsp.
  6. Bay leaves 2.
  7. Cinnamon sticks 2.
  8. Elaichi 5.
  9. Clove 3.
  10. Gobindovog rice 3 cup.
  11. Ghee 1/2 cup.
  12. Sugar 2 cup.
  13. Yellow colour few drops.
  14. Cardamom powder 2 tbsp.

Instructions

  1. Wash & soak the rice for 20 minutes & drain off the water.
  2. Saute dry spices in ghee until the sizzle.
  3. Add the veggies & cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the rice in it & fry for 1 minute.
  5. Now add 6 cup hot water in it & few drops of food colour.
  6. Cover with a lid.
  7. Add sugar after 5 minutes .
  8. Flame will be medium.
  9. After 15 minutes open the lids & turn off the flame.
  10. Serve hot.
