Heat ghee in a pan and roast the rava till it turns aromatic.
Now add the pureed mango pulp and stir continuously in medium flame.
Add water and close the lid and simmer for 2-3 mins till the rava is cooked.
Add cardamom powder and ghee roasted cashews and give a mix.
Garnish with ghee roasted cashews and serve.
