Simple breakfast egg bhurji recipe

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 Eggs
  2. 1/2 cup Milk
  3. 1tsp turmeric powder
  4. 2tbsp chopped onion
  5. 1tbsp chopped green chili
  6. 1tsp chopped ginger
  7. 1tbsp Chopped coriander
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 2tsp black pepper powder
  10. 1/4tsp Clove powder
  11. 1tsp Cardamom powder
  12. Lemon juice as per taste.

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl break the egg add salt, pepper, milk and black pepper powder. Beat it well.
  2. Heat butter in a pan add cumin let them crackle add Ginger green chili and onion saute till light golden.
  3. Add turmeric stir & add egg mixture quickly mix it well cook on low heat for about 5 minute.
  4. Add lemon juice and coriander. Serve hot with bread slices.
