ABOUT Gobhi ke paranthe RECIPE

Cauliflower being one of my favourite veggies, these paranthas make for a super awesome breakfast in winters..

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup atta
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
  3. water, as required
  4. 300 gm cauliflower
  5. 1 tbsp grated ginger
  6. 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  7. 1-2 green chillies
  8. salt, to taste
  9. ghee, as required

Instructions

  1. Grate the cauliflower and add salt, ginger, green chillies and coriander.
  2. Add salt to wheat flour and make a dough.
  3. Squeeze the cauliflower of excess water.
  4. Make small balls from the dough , flatten them a bit and fill with cauliflower mix.
  5. Roll them into parantha on a board.
  6. Heat up tawa and shallow fry the parantha on both sides with ghee.
  7. Serve hot with curd or pickle of your choice.
