Ingredients to make Gobhi ke paranthe

  • 1 cup atta
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • water, as required
  • 300 gm cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1-2 green chillies
  • salt, to taste
  • ghee, as required

How to make Gobhi ke paranthe

  1. Grate the cauliflower and add salt, ginger, green chillies and coriander.
  2. Add salt to wheat flour and make a dough.
  3. Squeeze the cauliflower of excess water.
  4. Make small balls from the dough , flatten them a bit and fill with cauliflower mix.
  5. Roll them into parantha on a board.
  6. Heat up tawa and shallow fry the parantha on both sides with ghee.
  7. Serve hot with curd or pickle of your choice.
