  • Pasi paruppu 1 cup
  • Doordall 1 cup
  • All cut vegetable 2 cup
  • onion 2
  • green chilly 1
  • Sambar powder1 tea spoon
  • salt
  • tamarind small ball
  • oil
  • Mustared1 tea spoon

How to make Idli sambar

  1. Cook dall
  2. A kaday low flame
  3. 1 spoon oil put
  4. Add mustard, green chilly, onion fry
  5. Add all vegetable fry
  6. Tamarind water put
  7. Add sambar powder, salt
  8. Boil 15 minutes
  9. Add boiled dall
  10. Little rice flour mix water add
  11. Coriender leave add
  12. Idli sambar ready
