I myself find this raita very tasty ,easy to make also moreover it goes with any vegetable & can be serve as both lunch & dinner. Try this recipe it's will enhance your food taste.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup curd/dahi
  2. 1 cucumber
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1 onion
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. 1/4 tea spoon cumin seeds
  7. 1/4 tea spoon chaat masala
  8. 1/4 tea spoon jeera powder
  9. 1/4 tea spoon red chilli powder
  10. salt as per taste
  11. Green coriander for garnish
  12. 1 spoon oil

Instructions

  1. Firstly whisk the curd in a boil by adding some water
  2. Add some salt and jeera powder mix well
  3. Chopped all the veggies as mentioned in ingredients
  4. Chopped all the veggies finely
  5. Add cucumber and tomato in curd and mix well
  6. Now take a tadka pan add 1 spoon of oil wait till oil gets hot
  7. After that add cumin seeds let it crackel
  8. Now add chopped onion & green chilli and saute for this two to three minutes
  9. Mixed this tadka into curd and stir well
  10. Add some coriander & mint leaves mix well
  11. Now take a serving bowl transfer the raita into it
  12. Sprinkle some chaat masala, jeera powder, red chilli powder and garnish with some more coriander and mint leaves
