Ingredients to make Nankhatai biscuits

  • 3,tsp all purpose flour, (maida)..
  • 3 tsp sugar power
  • 2 tsp semolina ((suji))
  • ghee 3,4 tsp
  • ghee 3,4 tsp
  • Garnish tutti frutti
  • Pinch salt

How to make Nankhatai biscuits

  1. Sugar powder
  2. Big bowl add ghee
  3. Beat ghee & sugar until light & fluffy and pale in colour ,it will take 5,7 minutes
  4. Take a bowl maida semolina salt now, mix all
  5. dry ingredients together. now mix dry ingredients into sugar & ghee mixture.
  6. in a batch of 2,3 and make a dough. mix this batter in a cut fold style the dough into ball like shape and place them on lightly greased baking dish .
  7. Place tutti frutti on top and press lightly.
  8. bake in preheated /oven mircoven on convection mode 180. C degree around 25,26 minutes. Nankhatai biscuits ready....
