Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sooji (semolina ) 1 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Baking soda 1/4 spoon
  4. Peas 1/2 cup
  5. 2 cup buttermilk
  6. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Take a sooji . Add buttermilk.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Rest for 30 minutes
  4. Add salt and baking soda.
  5. Add peas in the batter.
  6. Pour 2 tsp of the batter into each greased idli mould and stem in a steamer for 8 to 10 minutes.
