Ingredients to make Coriander idli

  • semolina 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • baking soda 1/4 spoon
  • coriander 1/2 cup
  • butter milk 1/4 cup
  • water as required

How to make Coriander idli

  1. Take a semolina. Add buttermilk.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Add salt and baking powder.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add coriander.
  7. Pour 2 tsp of the batter into a greased idli mould and stem in a steamer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with green chutney

My Tip:

Serve with sambhar.
