Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Semolina 1 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Baking soda 1/4 spoon
  4. Coriander 1/2 cup
  5. Butter milk 1/4 cup
  6. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Take a semolina. Add buttermilk.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Add salt and baking powder.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add coriander.
  7. Pour 2 tsp of the batter into a greased idli mould and stem in a steamer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  8. Serve with green chutney
