Ingredients to make Chicken Fried Kabaabs...

  • chicken mince 500 gm
  • salt 1 tsp
  • egg 1
  • onion chopped 1
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • green chillies finely chopped 2
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • cumin powder roasted 1 tsp
  • Seekh kabab masala 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  • oil 1 tbsp

How to make Chicken Fried Kabaabs...

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl.
  2. Add a beaten egg too.
  3. Mix well and refrigerate it for nearly 2 hours.
  4. Shape them into round or oval kabaabs after 2 hours of refrigeration.
  5. Deep fry them in enough oil on both the sides until golden brown on medium high heat.
  6. Serve them with salad and naan.
